Elders, Council, and Voters meetings are tomorrow and Tuesday, May 18-19.
Services of the Church. Services at St. Paul are at 8, 9:15, and 10:30am on Sunday mornings for the time being. Because new Executive Orders from the Governor’s office could come out at any time as our State enters later ‘stages’ of restrictions, these service times might change. We will do our best to inform the membership as early as possible of any changes that are made.
Your ‘time-slot’ is reserved. If you are in Church now and are reading this, you are reserved for next week’s service at the same time, with the same number of people in your group. You do not need to contact me again to reserve the same time-slot for next week. I only ask that you would contact me if you will not be attending so that I can assign your spot to another family.
Park-In opportunity. For those who would rather not enter the building, we will continue to broadcast one service (9:15am) on the radio at 106.1FM and live-streaming on Facebook.
Confirmation. We rejoice with all eight of our confirmands who have been examined individually by Pr. Yeager and welcomed to the Lord’s Supper. They are: Hilton Bluhm, Beau David, Aiden Faurote, Madison Fisher, Kord Fuelling, Jack Hamilton, Amanda Rabel, and Madelyn Reinhart. We look forward to a further easing of restrictions so that we can celebrate the Rite of Confirmation with these eight students together in one service. More info to follow.
Offerings and E-Giving. Go to the Congregation’s website, www.splutheranpreble.org, click the Online Giving tab in the upper right corner of the homepage, then click the Donation Link provided, set up your online giving profile, and follow the simple instructions. More details will be coming over the next several months. Please contact Tim Ehlerding.
Adult Catechism is meeting at 6pm Sundays in the fellowship hall. We are not meeting every Sunday because we are trying to coordinate with the schedules of everyone in the class. If you are interested in Adult Catechism talk with Pr. Yeager.
Portals of Prayer. Lots of copies are in the narthex for you. Take one as you leave.
Wyneken Baccalaureate/Graduation is May 22nd at 7pm at St. John Bingen. Only immediate families are invited to minimize the number of people in attendance.
Spring Association Voters Meeting, May 28 @ 7pm – More information will be forthcoming on how this meeting will be conducted.
